Cancellation Policy

Within 24 Hours:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation.

After 24 Hours (Before Shipping):
If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before it has been shipped, a 15% charge will be applied to cover our order processing costs.

After Shipping:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you need to return your order after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return Policy.

Return Policy
